Q: All this year I have been on a bit of a health kick, I have cleaned up my diet and am exercising regularly. I have lost weight and am happy with that but still find I am quite tense and tired a lot of the time. I am 52 and work part time and have two older children still living at home which I find difficult at times. Any suggestions to ease my stress?
