I have just moved into my new place and I was wondering if you might be able to recommend a couple of plants for my backyard that would suit our harsh Australian climate? Also, do you have any tips when it comes to growing and maintaining orchids? Cheers, Mark.

Hi, I am moving house and have a few roses I would like to relocate to the new property. Some are in pot plants but the rest are in the ground.

We still have to rebuild the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and ensuite, and gyprock most of the house. The exterior is bagged brick with a tile roof and looks good. We were wondering whether it would be worth continuing to repair the house or knock it down and start again?

Q: I CURRENTLY use the study in my home as a business office. Will this attract CGT when I sell my home? If the office portion of the home does attract CGT, when I sell my home can I roll over the CGT component into my super to forego paying the CGT?
