Account

Notwithstanding anything contained in the terms and conditions, SuperLiving reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify your account at any time for any reason.

Your account is non-transferable to any other individuals or businesses.

Only individuals 18 years of age and over may become registered users of the website due to the adult content of the website.

User submission terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern any contributions or information (‘Submissions’) you make to this website, including to ‘Have Your Say’ and to the SuperLiving Room community forum boards.

General

SuperLiving reserves the right to edit your Submissions.

SuperLiving will decide, at its discretion, whether or not to publish your Submissions.

When you make a Submission to SuperLiving , you are personally responsible for any material that you post and agree to indemnify and continue to indemnify SuperLiving for any liability, cost or damage arising from your activities and use of the website.

Privacy

When you make a Submission, SuperLiving records your name (or pseudonym), email address and IP address. Your name (or pseudonym) will be published alongside your Submission if it is published. Your other personal information will be kept by us for our internal records, and only used in accordance with the Privacy Act. Except as outlined above, your personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties.

Copyright and moral rights

You acknowledge that we may use all intellectual property rights in your Submission throughout the world, in perpetuity, without restriction and without making payment to you, including publication of that material in hard copy publications or in electronic media, using your Submission in advertising and promotional material for SuperLiving and permitting others to do any of these, including when SuperLiving and others receive payment for this.

You consent to us acting in any manner that would otherwise be in breach of your moral rights. This includes using your Submission without attributing you as the author and modifying your Submission.

Connection or interest

If you have any interest or connection with a security, securities issuer or financial services licensee, including a shareholding or the possibility of receiving a commission, you must disclose that to us at the time you make your Submission.

Warranties and indemnity

You warrant that:

a)       you own all rights in relation to your Submission;

b)       your Submission is accurate. You did not altered images or footage or impersonate any person or entity or falsely misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

c)       your Submission and our use of it does not breach any law (including laws relating to privacy, intellectual property, trade practices, fair trading laws and defamation);

d)       your Submission contains no virus or other code or material embedded in it which will have a negative impact on us. We reserve the right to claim against you for any loss or damage caused as a result of breaching this warranty, including through negligence;

e)       you did not forge any TCP/IP information or any part of the headers in your email;

f)         your Submission is not being provided for a commercial purpose (including soliciting funds or promoting particular goods or services); and

g)       you have disclosed any interest or connection with a security, securities issuer or financial services licensee, including a shareholding or any possible commission.

Should you discover that another user has posted material that would meet any of the descriptions above, you are under a duty to inform SuperLiving or its agent. Removal of the offending post may take up to 24 hours.

Suspension of privilege

We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend your privilege to make Submissions if we believe any of your Submissions are in breach of any of the warranties or indemnities, above, or for any other reason.

*Only one RecipeDVD is available for each new registered SuperLiving member who enters the campaign promotional code when they register.  The recipe DVD is only available while stocks last and selection of the DVDs is at the discretion of the Publisher.  SuperLiving reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the DVD promotion if abuse of the process is detected.  Delivery of RecipeDVDs will occur as quickly as possible but could be subject to delay on occasion.  Offer only available for readers living in Australia and New Zealand all other countries are excluded.
